    Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • Full refund for cancellations made at least 5 days before the camp start date.
    • Partial refund 50% for cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the camp start date.
    • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the camp start date
  • What if my child needs to leave camp early due to an emergency?

    In case of an emergency, parents can request an early departure by informing the camp office in advance. A valid reason and guardian authorization will be required for security purposes. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for early departures.

  • What happens if the camp is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, government restrictions)?

    If the camp is canceled due to reasons beyond our control, we will offer:

    • A full refund or
    • The option to reschedule for a future camp session.
  • Can my child bring a phone to camp?

    We encourage a screen-free experience so kids can fully engage in camp activities. However, if needed, they can bring a basic phone (no smartphones) to use during designated times. Parents can always contact the camp office in case of an emergency.

  • Is the camp suitable for first-time campers?

    Absolutely! Many of our campers are attending camp for the first time. Our staff is trained to help kids adjust quickly and ensure they have a fun, comfortable experience

  • Will my child be placed in a group with their friends or siblings?

    We try our best to accommodate requests to group friends or siblings together, while also encouraging new friendships. Grouping is based on age and activity levels to ensure the best experience for everyone.

  • Are pets allowed at the camp?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the camp to ensure the safety and comfort of all campers. We love animals, but we must maintain a controlled environment for all participants.

  • What if my child has food allergies?

    We take food allergies very seriously. Our camp provides allergy-friendly meal options and takes precautions to prevent cross-contamination. Please inform us in advance about any allergies so we can accommodate your child’s dietary needs.

  • What if my child has specific health conditions or medications?

    If your child has any medical conditions (asthma, diabetes, etc.) or requires medication, please inform us during registration. Our trained staff and on-site medical team will ensure your child gets the care they need. Medications will be stored safely and administered as per instructions.

  • What medical facilities are available at the camp?

    We have a fully equipped first-aid station and trained medical personnel on-site. In case of an emergency, we have access to a nearby hospital and will contact parents immediately if needed.

  • How do you handle homesickness?

    Our trained staff ensures kids feel welcomed and engaged from day one. We create a warm and friendly environment with fun activities to keep them occupied. If a child feels homesick, we provide extra support and, if necessary, allow a brief call home.

  • What is the camper-to-staff ratio?

    We maintain a low camper-to-counselor ratio to ensure each child receives personal attention and supervision. Typically, we have one counselor for every 6-8 children, along with additional support staff.

  • Can I send snacks or food with my child?

    We provide a well-balanced meal plan with nutritious snacks throughout the day. Outside food is not allowed to maintain safety, especially for children with allergies. If your child has dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance.

  • What should my child do if they don’t feel well at camp?

    If a child feels unwell, they should immediately inform a counselor. Our medical team will assess the situation and provide necessary care. If needed, we will contact parents and take further steps

  • How can I stay updated about my child’s well-being?

    We share daily updates, pictures, and highlights via email or a secure parent portal. In case of emergencies, our team will reach out to you directly.

  • What if my child has special needs or requires extra assistance?

    We welcome all children and strive to accommodate special needs as best as possible. Please discuss your child’s requirements with us during registration so we can ensure a comfortable and inclusive experience.

  • Can my child leave camp early if needed?

    Yes, if you need to pick up your child early, please inform us in advance. For safety reasons, only authorized guardians can pick up children, and an ID may be required. But no refund will be provided

  • What kind of sleeping arrangements are provided?

    Campers stay in luxury tents with comfortable bedding, secure zippers, and well-maintained washrooms. Each tent is supervised by a responsible camp counselor to ensure kids feel safe and at ease.

  • What should my child not bring to camp?

    To ensure a safe and distraction-free experience, we request campers not to bring:
    ❌ Expensive electronics (smartphones, tablets, video games)
    ❌ Jewelry or valuable items
    ❌ Sugary snacks or junk food
    ❌ Any sharp objects or prohibited items
